True freedom of mind is something we can discover within ourselves through meditation practice. In Tibetan Buddhism, the most direct and powerful way to recognize inner freedom is to explore the nature of awareness – a journey that helps us get in touch with the source of equanimity, wisdom, and compassion that is available to us anywhere, anytime.
Path of Liberation program is a rare opportunity to receive profound teachings of nature of mind from Mingyur Rinpoche. The teachings of nature of mind come from the Mahamudra tradition, the most essential meditation teachings of the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Mingyur Rinpoche will present the essential practices to begin this training, as well as the teachings of nature of mind and the practice of the Nectar of the path, which Rinpoche himself composed. This inspiring practice gives us a complete vision of the path in a daily practice format and includes topics such as refuge, bodhichitta, loving kindness and compassion, guru yoga, and the nature of mind.
